He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Kniss Sr. and Georgette A. Kniss (VanDenBerghe); his father-in-law Donald A. Flory; and his brothers, Paul, Daniel and Timothy.
He is survived by: his children, Joshua M. Kniss (Meghan E. Aguilar), Michelle L. Lewis (Kniss) and Laura E. Hill (Kniss); his wife Denise M. Kniss; his grandchildren, Tyler, Anthony, Justin, Kaitlyn, Rachel, Allison, Luke and Addison; his siblings, Alice Black (Mike) and Ben Kniss (Michele); his mother-in-law Donna Flory; his brothers-in-law, Jeff Flory (Becky), Dennis Flory (Wanda) and Dean Flory (Bill); Donna Kniss. He is also survived by uncles and aunts along with many cousins, nieces, nephews, and cherished friends.
