It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice Jean Rouse of Wauseon, Ohio, born in Carey, Ohio, who passed away on February 7, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Florence Smalley and Virgil Smalley; her brothers, Dale, Richard (LaDonna) and James Smalley (Eva Grace); her daughters-in-law, Karen and Shirley (Carl); her nephews, Jeffrey, Michael and Steven Smalley; and her granddaughter Tracey Spoon.

She is survived by : her sister-in-law Lucille Smalley; her nieces, Debbie Smalley and Linda Hagerman; her nephew Keith Smalley; her stepchildren, Teresa August (Stephen) and Carl L. Rouse; and her granddaughters, Ashley Ickes (Jasen) and April (John). She is also survived by family and friends.

Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
