He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Roth (Frantz) of Delta, OH; his brother Kendall "Doc" Roth of Wauseon, OH; his daughters, Sara Leverton of Wauseon, OH and Michelle Houston (Zach) of Millbury, OH.; and his grandchildren, Kimberly, Kohl, Natalie, Katilynn, Tayden, Bella and Brantley.
