He was predeceased by: his sister Laura Roth. He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Roth (Frantz) of Delta, OH; his brother Kendall "Doc" Roth of Wauseon, OH; his daughters, Sara Leverton of Wauseon, OH and Michelle Houston (Zach) of Millbury, OH.; and his grandchildren, Kimberly, Kohl, Natalie, Katilynn, Tayden, Bella and Brantley.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Weigel Funeral Home - Delta (400 W Main St, Delta, OH 43558). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
