He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwight Bruner and Letta Bruner (Meyers); his wife Kathryn; his son Mark; and his siblings, Howard, Hazel, Doris, Harry and Ralph.
He is survived by: his children, Dan (Jo), Keith (Peg) and Janice Bruner; his daughter-in-law Jane Bruner; and his grandchildren, Jacob (Tessa), Elizabeth Mohr (Jake), Laura Dotterer (Jesse), John (Leann), Jordon (Jenna), Sarah Frankenfield (Micah), Joshua (Kayla), Aaron (Taylor), Adriane Ikotun (Opeyemi), Megan Kauffman (Tim), Michael (Natalie) and Molly Mitchell (Cody).
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wauseon Christ United Methodist Church (215 N Fulton St, Wauseon, OH 43567). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
The family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Wauseon Christ United Methodist Church or Fulton Manor.
