We are sad to announce that on July 28, 2025, at the age of 68, Dennis Wayne Newsome of Wauseon, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman Newsome and Opal Newsome (Mullins); his son Wayne; his siblings, Debbie Elias and Roger Parsley; and his grandchildren, Jacob Osterhaus and Destinee Shepard.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann (Gillespie); his daughter Denise; his stepchildren, Bobby, Michelle and Maryann; and his grandchildren, Dylan, Avery, Kayla, Maranda, Tyler, Allissa, Holly and Diamond.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Edgar-Grisier Funeral Home (219 S Fulton St, Wauseon, OH 43567). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the benevolence of the family.
