He was predeceased by: his father Donald Franklin; and his siblings, Judy Rupp and Joseph Kolb. He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Baird (Michael) of Wauseon, Margaret Ellen Kolb, II of Wauseon and Krasula of Wauseon; and his grandchildren, Mitchell, Marin, Mason and Taylor.
