She was predeceased by : her parents, George Moore and Hattie Moore (Weirich); her husband Allan G. Seigneur; and her siblings, George E. Moore, Ethel L. Harter, Elma F. Davis and Evelyn Mae Hirschfeld.

She is survived by : her children, Gary Seigneur (Cheryll) of Delta, Michael Seigneur (Jolene) of Wauseon and Ginger Seigneur of San Diego, CA; her grandchildren, Matthew Seigneur (Sarah), Jacquelyn Stamm (Whitney), Briana, Kyle and Cassandra Rieman; her great grandchildren, Ainsley and Wilder Stamm; and her brother Darrel Moore.
