She was predeceased by: her grandmother Gloria Jennings; and her aunt Robin Radzik. She is survived by: her parents, Jeremy Jennings of Ashland, Ohio and Jacqueline Jennings (Mumaw) of Wauseon; her half-sister Sheyanne; her grandparents, LaDonna, Lloyd Fox and Tom Jennings; her aunt Donna Milles (Chuck); and her uncles, Dave Mumaw and Tim Jennings.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Wauseon Community Church (136 Cherry St. Wauseon, Ohio 43567).
