He is survived by: his children, Cathey Smith and Randall Smith; and his brothers, James Smith (Lois), Thomas Smith and Harold Smith, Jr. (Kathy).
Visitation was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Edgar-Grisier Funeral Home of Wauseon (219 S Fulton St, Wauseon, OH 43567). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
