Gary Beatty Obituary
We announce the death of Gary Beatty (Wauseon, Ohio), who passed away on August 25, 2026, at the age of 82. Gary will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Gary will be remembered for the impact he had on the lives of those around him. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Those who knew Gary will remember moments of kindness, warmth, and presence. Though words cannot fully capture his life, the legacy of connections and experiences remains. Gary’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney J Beatty and Irene E Beatty (Huffman). He is survived by: his wife Elvia Arroyo (Sally); his siblings, Cheryl Jamnick (Joe) and Michael Beatty (Sandra); and his children, Meredith (Tony), Monica, Casey (Gina) and Veronica. He is also survived by several loving grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the American Legion Post #265 (1105 N Shoop Ave, Wauseon, OH 43567). The military honors will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
