He is survived by: his parents, Paul Garrow and Lori Garrow (Cremeans); his wife Melissa Garrow; his children, Zach Garrow (Jacquelyn) and Zoe McNeal (Matt); his siblings, Tammie McClain (Don) and Anthony Garrow (Stacy); his siblings-in-law, Abby Newland (Ray), Sarah Reynolds (Arnel Paril) and Josh Reynolds (Marnie); and his grandchildren, Claire, Carter Garrow, Greyson McNeal and Maeven McNeal. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
