He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Garvin (Millen); his children, Jacob Garvin (Dani Sidle) and Sarah Bless (Justin); his grandchildren, Austin and Adalynn Bless; his stepgrandchildren, Audrey Russell, Bradley Russell, Jozlynn Beek and Sydney Carr; his brother Daniel Garvin (Barbara); and his sisters-in-law, Marie Garvin and Robin Garvin.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 28th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Edgar-Grisier Funeral Home (219 S Fulton St, Wauseon, OH 43567). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Bethany Baptist Church (14070 Bailey Rd, Grand Rapids, OH 43522).
