He is survived by: his wife Kim Fall; his son Jeffrey J. Fall (Annessa Costilla) of Toledo; his mother Beverly Liszak (Don) of Toledo; his brother James D. Fall (Christina) of Toledo; and his grandchildren, Avain, Aerica, Ajae and Aera. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to a favorite charity of the donor's choice in Jeff's name and memory.
