He is survived by: his parents, Sheila Ruby (Noah) of Wauseon and Miguel Martinez of Texas; his siblings, Brianna and Colton; his grandparents, Andi Wolpert, Jim Wolpert and Kevin Ruby (Crystal); his great-grandparent James Mohr; his uncles, Damien Wolpert (Terri), Samuel Wolpert, Jacob Wolpert, Lucas Wolpert, Adam Ruby (Sarah) and Seth Ruby (Ashley); his aunt Kari Gottschalk; and his grandparents, Melinda Martinez and Moises Martinez.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the benevolence of the family (c/o Sheila Ruby).
