He was predeceased by: his parents, Marilyn Bell (Speiser) and Merton "Hap" Bell; his siblings, Robert, Keith and Lucinda Bell; and his pet Star.
He is survived by: his sister Janice Casper. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and countless friends.
