He was predeceased by: his mother Marie Burt. He is survived by: his father Al Burt; his spouse Peg Burt; and his grandchildren, Trent Grotelueschen (Allison), Lizzie, Gabbie, Lexi Grotelueschen, Carson and Kacy Burt.
