He was predeceased by: his parents, Xystus W. Noe and Edna Noe (Wiseman); his wife Janice K. Noe (Secondcost); and his siblings, Mary Noe, Charles Noe and Robert Noe.
He is survived by: his son Bert Noe of Wauseon; his grandchildren, Tamela and Jonathon Noe; his great grandchildren, Ashlynne and Quinton Bussing; his brothers, Gerald Noe (Karen) of Berkey, Danny Noe (Marsha) of Sylvania and Francis Noe (Cheryl) of Lyons; and his pet Sophie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to St. Caspar Catholic Church.
