He is survived by : his wife Sharon Tuggle; his children, Melinda Grindle, Renee Bentley and Matthew Bunting; his stepchildren, Sheila Smith and Jim Smith (Jeanette); and his siblings, Carolyn Johnston Fern (Clarence), Barb Shaffer, Margie Burress and Marlowe Eidenier (Bonnie).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Promedica Hospice Care or donor's choice.
