He was predeceased by : his parents, Homer Kuntz and Maybelle Kuntz (Spiess); his former life partner Jolain Dachenhaus; his wife Donna Meyer; and his brothers, George, Boyd, Larry and Wayne Steffens.

He is survived by : his children, Vicki Miller (Tim) of Wauseon, Keith Kuntz (Kelli) of Wauseon, Blake Kuntz of Wauseon and Royce Kuntz (Gloria) of Manitou Beach, MI; his grandchildren, Haley Joseph (Seth), Bryce Miller (Sara), Chase Kuntz, Jared Kuntz (Maria), Jilian Krueger (Justin), Allie Langley (Spencer), Abby Kuntz and Grace Kuntz; his stepsons, Ron Meyer (Sharon) and Dan Meyer (Larae); and his sister Carol Suydam (John) of Fort Myers, FL. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, two nephews; and one niece.

The family suggests that memorials be given to Hospice of NWO or the donors choice.
