It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas D Smith of Wauseon, Ohio, who passed away on June 12, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Smith and Margaret Smith; his grandparents, Aaron, Jenny Smith, Otto and Cora Leininger; and his brothers, James Smith (Jim) and Jerry Smith.

He is survived by: his wife LaDonna Ann Smith; his children, Robin Smith, Heath Smith and Shawn Frandsen (John); and his siblings, Carol Sue Schmitz (Roger) and Robert Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
