He is survived by: his children, William Byrd (Tiffany) of Rarden, Ashley (David McBride) of Jackson and Cassandra Byrd of Waverly; his grandchildren, Nevaeh Bradley, Madison McBride, Riley McBride, Keiralee McBride, Harlie Hicks, Braxton Walters, Landon Byrd, Saria Adkins, Zelda Adkins, Ganon Adkins and Ava Marie Adkins; his siblings, Doug Byrd, Bobby Byrd, Earskell Byrd, Paul Byrd and Patty Dunn; and his nephew Matthew Alley. He is also survived by many other nephews and nieces.
