He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Puffenbarger and Glenna Elizabeth Puffenbarger (Smith); and his siblings, Therman Puffenbarger, Kenneth (Puffenbarger) and Charlene Parrish.
He is survived by: his daughter Bobbie Armstrong (Tracy) of Sugar Grove, Two; his grandchildren, Kinsley Armstrong and Connor Armstrong; his siblings, Loretha Bland of Dayton, VA and Jimmy Puffenbarger (Sharon); and the mother of his child Cindy Puffenbarger of Sugar Grove.
