She was predeceased by : her parents, John Orville and Ruth Daugherty Peck; and her sisters, Ruth Lennox, Jackie Whitt, Sandy Stewart and Christine Richards.
She is survived by : her sons, John Futhey (Robyn) of Waverly and James Futhey of Seattle, Washington; her grandsons, Will and Wade Futhey; and her sisters, Vicki Chesser of Logan and Connie Souders (Kelly) of Logan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
