With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlotte Mineer of Waverly, Ohio, who passed away on February 6, 2026 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Clarence Haga (Elizabeth); her sisters, Nola Thomas and Rita Janney; and her children, Steven Mineer, Joey Mineer and Kathy Jobe.
She is survived by: her brother Jerry Haga (Maria); her children, Sandy Jones (Jason), Terry Mineer (Denise) and Jerry Mineer (Lauri); and her grandchildren, Randy Mineer, Casey Jobe, Kris Mineer, Josh Mineer, Derrick Jobe, Michael Jones, Jesse Mineer, Brian Jones, Stephanie Mineer and Stephen Mineer. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
