It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delbert Ray Hines of Waverly, Ohio, who passed away on September 7, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Charles Hines and Elizabeth Boggs; his wife Mary Lee Fuller Hines; his son Bruce "Gig" Hines; and his siblings, Jim, Frank, Harold, Vernon, Viola, Esther, Margaret, Ruth, Maxine and Winnie.

He is survived by : his sons, Brett Hines (Bobbi) of Waverly and Scott Martin (Christina) of Waverly; his grandchildren, Brenon Hines (Anna) of Waverly, Wyatt Hines of Waverly, Levi Hines of Beaver, Jade Martin-Willis (Rob) of Keene and Tyler Martin of Grundy; and his brother Gary Hines of Findlay. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
