He was predeceased by: his parent Opel; his wife Charlene Justice (Looney); and his siblings, Michael Matney, Danny Justice and Rebecca Matney.
He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Slone (Shannon), Melissa Justice, Shawn Justice (Anna) and Dwayne Justice; and his siblings, Don Matney, Johnny Matney and Dreama Matney. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren.
