He is survived by: his father Henry Collins; his children, Henry Barry Devon Collins, III (Blake), Brady Alexander Collins (Adrian), Abagail June Nelson (John), Tedra Grate (Mike) and Adrianna Kohne; his grandchildren, Marlowe, Henry Collins IV, Brenden, Millie, Cohhen, Nohlen Grate and Cash Kohne; and his sister Tina Brown (Donnie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home (6710 Swauger Valley Rd, Minford, OH 45653). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
