She was predeceased by: her parents, William Havens and Goldie Marie Ramey (Delay); her husband James Elbert Tackett, Jr.; and her siblings, Leonard Dale Havens, Dorothy Allen and Judy Acord.
She is survived by: her children, Diana Gale Gorman (Francis) and Michael Kevin Tackett (Cheryl); her grandchildren, Kimberly Ann Haring and Eric Francis Gorman; and her sister Linda Daniel (John).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Boyer Funeral Home (125 W 2nd St, Waverly, OH 45690). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
