Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the New Covenant Church (535 E 2nd St, Waverly, OH 45690). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, monetary donations may be made to New Covenant Church, Children's Department, in Memory of Jo Alice Smith.
