It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Rhonda Kee of Waverly, Ohio, who passed away on November 25, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew "Lee" Loudon and Virginia Loudon; her former husband Donald Seifert; her husband Dennis Kee; and her sisters, Dolores Rice, Audrey MacAleer, Jacqueline Neubauer and Claire Loudon.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Baker (Ronald) of Cleveland Heights and Cynthia Herzing (Michael) of Big Island, Virginia.; and her stepchildren, Kathy Vanderhoof (Terry), Linda Harrison (Pat), Randall Kee (Kim), Scott Kee (Donna) and Diane Ridge (James). She is also survived by three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, numerous step grand and great- grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
