He was predeceased by : his mother Lottie Marie Pratt Chitwood; and his brother-in-law Paul Hornback. He is survived by : his children, Emily Chitwood (Drew Gorman) of Waverly, Leanna Chitwood (Dakota Sparks) of Piketon, Isabella Chitwood of Hopkins and Dakota Reasor of Hopkins, Michigan; his grandsons, Ryker Chitwood and Chance Reasor; and his siblings, Jo Hornback of Waverly and Robert Chitwood (Brenda) of Piketon.
