He is survived by: his wife Madeline Lacy (Wilburn); his son Steve Lacy of Waverly; and his siblings, Delbert Lacy of North Carolina, Marion Walls of Wilmington and Loretta. He is also survived by his eleven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
