He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Mustard and Opal Mustard (Smith); and his brother Vernon Mustard. He is survived by: his wife Mary Mustard (Blair); his children, Jimmy Ray Blair, Carey Mustard and LeeAnn Daniel (Shawn); his grandsons, Raymond Daniel and Charles Daniel; his brother Carl Lee Mustard (Evelyn); his niece Juanita Mustard; and his nephew Jeff Mustard.
