She is survived by: her son Jeff Blair; her grandson Eric Dwayne Blair (Lena); her great grandchildren, Alexandra Blair and Gavin Blair; and her great great grandchild Luna Blair.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Boyer Funeral Home (125 W 2nd St, Waverly, OH 45690). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
