He was predeceased by : his parents, Reginald Owens, Sr. and Flora Jean Feeser Owens; his sisters, Patricia Montgomery, Linda Downing and Betty Jo Reed; and his close friend Roger Kemper.
He is survived by : his brothers, Thomas Owens of Florida and Daniel Owens of Piketon, Ohio; and his friend Debbra Hall. He is also survived by his family and friends.
