He is survived by: his children, Tom Clark (Taylor) of Navarre and Keri Dunn (Jason) of Oak Hill, Ohio; his grandsons, Grady Dunn, Kameron Clark, Griffin Dunn, Louie Clark and Sonny Clark; his sisters, Angie Shanks (John Hall) of Waverly and Brenda Clark of Waverly; and his nieces and nephews, J. D. Shanks (Jenny), Sara Beth Shanks and Baylee Brown (Alex). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the Evergreen Union Cemetery - Bridge St (616 Bridge St, Waverly, OH 45690).
