It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosemary Charles (Waverly, Ohio), who passed away on March 25, 2026, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Rittenhouse and Phillip Strawser; her husband Ray Charles; her children, Bonnie Carol Charles, Connie Sue Rider, Steven and Jeffrey Charles; her grandson Chad Eric Charles; her children-in-law, Barbara Charles, Tammy Charles and Michael Dyer; and her siblings, Ray Rittenhouse, Phillip Jr., Harry, John Strawser and Bessie Stamper.
She is survived by: her daughters, Milinda Davis (John) of Piketon and Sondra Lawhorn (Jerry) of Beaver; her son-in-law Randy Rider; her grandchildren, Adrien Garrison (Celeste), Dawn Tackett, Steven Shell (Laranda), Claudette Arms (Mark), Leslie Burkitt (Michell), Eddie Davis (Izzy), Derek Dyer, Jasmine Arthur (Tyler) and Ashlee Lawhorn; her great grandchildren, Flint Garrison, Trinity, Devon, Jaelynn Shell, Bella, Damien Burkitt, Athena, Arielle, Wyatt, Wade Arms and Reid Arthur; her sisters, Carolyn Sue Martin, Betty McKenzie and Violet Triggs; and her son-in-law Clyde Tackett. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
