He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd Howard and Vinnie Howard (Montgomery); his son Joey Howard (Jennie); and his siblings, Arnold Howard, Avril Howard and Lahoma Mann.
He is survived by: his daughters, Darlene Isaac (Bill) and JoAnn Steffy (Jamie); his grandchildren, Jessica, Chelsea, Casey, Ruben, Darla, Audra, Carey and Brian; and his great grandchildren, Preston, Parker, Levan, Scarlett of Joey, JB, Hayden, Amara, Carter, Gage, Wyatt, Jasmine, Levi, Luke, Kiley, Lexi and Talon. He is also survived by his family, from his children, grandchildren, to his many great-grandchildren.
