She was predeceased by: her parents, Rolla Cline Deacon and Pearl Elizabeth Deacon (Fisher); her former husband Berlin R. Smith; the father of her children Berlin R. Smith; her husband Glenn Kohser; her son Dennis Darrell Smith; and her siblings, Charles Deacon, Richard E. Deacon, Gordon Ollie Deacon, Glenn Deacon, Mildred Walter and Velma Gillum.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Ray Smith (Susan), Deborah Kaye Mott (Eric) and Allen Dale Smith (Iona); her grandchildren, Jenna Penwell (Kyle), Heather Austin (John), Denny Smith (Kimberly), Debbie Goodbar (Darren), Andy Smith (Amy) and Erin Perry (Paul); her great grandchildren, Emmalye, Kassidy, Anna, Erin, Lee, Quentin, Lilia, Mavrick, Kenley and Araya; her great great grandchildren, Rory, Brylie, Atticus and Desmond; her daughter-in-law Louise Smith; and her sisters, Marlene Naumann, Geneva Deacon and Lorna Katherine Steltzman.
