She is survived by : her children, Tracey Stewart (Kerri) of Shepherdsville, Nancy Rebecca Kirk of Piketon and Ronald Stewart of Waverly; her grandchildren, Whitley Mangus, Haven Kirk, Logan Kirk and Vanessa Rickey; and her siblings, Doug Mullins (Kelly), Roscoe Mullins Jr. (Hope), Mike Mullins, Donna Mullins and David Mullins.
