He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Titer and Madlyn Elliott (Collier); and his brother Robert "Crickett" Elliott. He is survived by: his daughter Alyssa Titer; his granddaughter Aria Jane Born; and his siblings, Richard Titer and Tonya Barlow.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Smith Residence (12221 OH-124, Piketon, OH 45661).
