He is survived by: his mother Shirley Campbell (Mohr); his children, Jeremy Glen Holbert (Christy), Andrew James Holbert, Kathrine "Katie" Holbert and Vernon Dwayne Holbert; and his siblings, Lori McGraw, Robert Holbert (Trish) and Thomas Holbert (Bridget). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
