He was predeceased by: his parents, John Samuel Vance and Mary Mildred Vance (Estep); and his brothers, John Vance and Stanley Vance. He is survived by: his sisters, Rhonda Lynn Vance, Mary Carter (Rick), Jetta Lea Vance and Valerie Ruth Crank. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, as well as great nieces and nephews.
