He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Clark and Ethel Clark; his wife Helen Clark (Canter); and his brothers, Bill and John Clark (Kay).
He is survived by: his sisters, Donna Barkhurst (John) and Carolyn Dempsey; his children, Rick, Angie (John Hall) and Brenda; his grandchildren, J. D. (Jenny), Tommy (Taylor), Keri Dunn (Jason), Sara Beth, Baylee Brown (Alex) and Kaitlin Hall; and his great grandchildren, Grady, Griffey, Kameron and Louie.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Botkin Hornback Funeral Home (314 E North St, Waverly, OH 45690). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at the Evergreen Union Cemetery (616 Bridge St, Waverly, OH 45690).
