He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Shepherd and Clara Stafford Shepherd. He is survived by: his wife Norma J Arrowood; and his sister Dorothy Haas of Ft. Thomas, Kentucky. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephew and devoted friends.
