With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Wilma Jean Weeter of Waverly, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 11, 2026 at the age of 96. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Walter Matthews and Edith Anne Matthews (Legg); her husband Jack Weeter, Jr.; her siblings, Ruth McAllister (Earl), Richard Matthews (Katie) and George Matthews; and her great grandchild Gregory Clarke.
She is survived by: her children, Lynn Alycia McCoy (Jeff) of Cardington and Lorne Alan Weeter of Centerville, Ohio; her grandchildren, Christopher Clarke, Elizabeth Eckard (Ed), Kimberly Clarke, Alan Weeter (Kali) and Bradley Weeter (Alysha); her great grandchildren, Adah Clarke, Zoe Clarke, Tessa Clarke, Symona Clarke, Noah Eckard, Jackson Eckard, Logan Weeter, Peyton Weeter, Carter Weeter and Kalan Weeter; and her siblings, Arnold Matthews (Janet), Rosetta Minor and Connie Chandler (Ron). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
