She is survived by: her husband Randell Mainous; her children, Sara Mainous (Jeff), Lori Harrison (Jamie) and Jeff Mainous (Amy); and her grandchildren, Taylor, Lynley (Sean), Clayton, Madilyn, Raegan and Mollie. She is also survived by brothers-in-law; sisters-in-law; nieces; nephews; special neighbors, the Kaylors; and dear friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home (6850 Roosevelt Ave, Middletown, OH 45005). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
