He is survived by: his daughter Kiya Benschoter; his mother Peggy Benschoter-Kagy (Knepper); his sister Carla Rinearson (Dennis); his significant other Earlene Broadwater; his significant other's child Montana Moore; and his sister-in-law Tami Benschoter.
