She was predeceased by: her mother Mildred Hartman; her grandparents, Leo and Augusta Hartman; and her grandson David Russell "Rusty" Harmon. She is survived by: her husband Russell Campbell of Bradner, Ohio; her daughters, Kristine Harmon-Bradner of Ohio, Kimberly Rickard- and Ruschele Abbruzzese-Powell of Ohio; and her grandchildren, Tabetha Harmon, Adam Rickard (Jessica) and Abbie Rickard.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Patricia's memory to the Back to the Wild, Wildlife Rescue in Castalia, Ohio 44824 reflecting her lifelong love for animals.
