Rowland; her siblings, Marie Sproule, Florence King, James Cobb, Waylon Cobb, John Cobb, Matthew Cobb and Chester Cobb; her son-in-law David Wayne Brown; and her sisters-in-law, Grace Burchett and Nora Alice Perkins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa Yvonne Brown and Bonita Jo Burroughs (Matthew); her granddaughter Jessica Yvonne Bills (John); her great grandchildren, Carl Wayne Alexander, Antonio David Perez and Nathan Lee Bills; and her brother-in-law Hershell Rowland (Brenda). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Plainview Cemetery (6000 OH-727, Goshen, OH 45122).
